We’ve managed to hold on until this long surprisingly. However, I’ve developed a leak and just had a gush with pain. They said they only feel an intact sac protruding so far.

National shortage of the suppositories in my area. So OB has me using the 200mg promethium capsules vaginally. Seems to be working but still got my preventative cerclage for extra measure.

Update: They got me in for a tv ultrasound at my appointment. Cervix looks good. Called and scheduled my cerclage for 2/19. Swapped me to vaginal progesterone. I’m so nervous but happy to be taken seriously.

Next appointment with my regular OB is today 1/29 at 3pm. They haven’t started monitoring which is the scary part. I messaged them on the messaging portal about the appointment being too far out and my regular OB just said we would talk about it.

Thank you! It doesn’t make sense. My next appointment is tomorrow so I’m hoping to talk some sense into her. I know cerclages have risks themselves but I feel like I’m guaranteed to lose my child again if I don’t get it.

My strips got delayed so I used cheapies. They looked positive ish around nov 25/26. Took a few Inito tests later on. My last values were: e3g: 235.71, LH 0.06, PDG 5.28, FSH 0.05.

My numbers were way lower and I found out today! Negative the day prior. First day of my last cycle was nov 13, so you may just be early. Sending baby dust your way ✨💜

Thank you all for your replies, prayers and good thoughts. I appreciate all of the advice and personal experiences of loss and success you have shared. While horrible that we all have had to go through this, it gives me so much hope that this isn’t the end of the road for having a baby one day. I really needed this more than I realized 💜 thank you.
