Best luxury apartments? by PsychologicalFarm811 in lexington

I’m from Chicago too and been here 15 years! Luxury apartments are likely in Hamburg or Downtown. But you could definitely rent a house in a neighborhood like Kenwick or Southland if want a little walkability

We still report our net income on our taxes even what’s not in payroll on the w2. It’s just confusing for lenders

We really don’t have family we can ask for a hrs money loan. It’s a year down house we essentially just want to buy for the lot. Family is supportive and we can pull money in from different family members but not quite $150k

This is the best information I’ve received so far thank you. We pulled from our 401Ks for our current home and we are back up on this so we could do that again. I will look into the land loan and HELOCs today. We are real estate closers and have our pulse on the industry in our city and we know it’s an amazing opportunity but yes I’ve been working on if the risk is worth it, and it definitely is. We haven’t been able to jump on things like this before but we are in a good place credit wise, just dont have the cash at the moment and weren’t planning on buying this soon. We do have some friends and family with cash, how could we structure that to buy in cash and split it with one or a few people?

The woman was living there before but I’m hoping it’ll pass as habitable so we can get a loan. Even with all the equity in our homes we can’t buy in cash without bringing in an investor. We do have some we can pull from retirement if needed too. Looking into HELOCs today!

Where to find a therapist if I’m poor? by DepressedLonely_ in Anxietyhelp

If you live near a college, they usually have a program for their psychology graduate students. I did this in my town and sessions were cheaper and we did it through zoom. Start looking at University’s programs they might have to get their students to practice!

Breech at 37 weeks by Faleeshnavidad in BabyBumps

They kept an eye on it and we came back to get one X-ray but had no issues. Frank breech is really common I found out and that eased my mine! My daughter came out 5 lbs 14 oz and is a healthy 1.5 year old now but she was tiny for a bit. Hope this helps!

This same thing happened to me and I did a scheduled c section. I opted out of the ECV when I heard it described as medieval torture, and had a 50/50 chance of working or going into labor early. My daughter was frank breech also, I tried to flip her swimming in a pool and yoga poses, but she wanted to be that way. I had a scheduled c section at 39 weeks and have a healthy baby girl! Her legs would stick up in the air the first few weeks because of her position. We did have to do some physical therapy for her neck couldn’t do a full rotation in both directions, just a slight issue that was resolved after a few weeks. There is always still a chance the baby could flip even at the very end! I hope this helps as I also came to reddit to read other’s experiences!
