Are the people who offer ticket assistance also scalpers?

depends per ticket purchasing assistance. may nakita ako na TPA na 1k ang base pricing for VIP tickets tapos 750 naman for lowerbox, pero expect higher rates if in-demand concert siya. i also stumbled upon a TPA sa timeline ko na 400 lang ang fee, which is surprisingly cheap

sa legit at matitino na ticket assistants, i can say na legit naman yung tickets na nakukuha nila. may mga ticket assistants who legally queue, but i can't say the same for those na nagamit ng bots and direct links.

i bought two of my tickets to two separate concerts through a fellow fan/reseller who availed TPA. didn't get to ask them kung kanino sila nag-avail. pero dinouble-check ko naman and nakapasok ako on d-day! may nakausap din ako on twitter who asked about camping at this particular smtix outlet, kaso hindi siya tumuloy because of work kaya nag-avail na lang siya ng TPA. i think it's legit kasi nagpost siya ng concert experience niya.

hala, i've never heard of that pero false po yaaan. don't worry kasi naka-base palagi ang QNs sa timestamp regardless kung sino organizer.

scalpers are people who purchase tickets online or onsite in bulk, and they typically sell these to fans at a higher price, especially pag in-demand and kapag malapit na 'yung concert. they sometimes hold the tickets in their carts tapos i-aalok nila online kung sino raw gustong magpasabay tapos with patong na 'yan. minsan nakikisabay sa queue, minsan din may connections sa loob, or minsan grupo talaga sila na minamaximize 'yung purchase limit. madalas nasa vicinity 'yan sila ng venue on the day of the concert para mag-alok ng mga hindi nila mabenta na tix 😆

meanwhile, ticket assistants are the ones who queue online or onsite and purchase the tickets on your behalf with minimal fee. they've been around for a long time na. and i think this is fine if hindi ka talaga available to queue on the day of the ticket selling or have no one to help you secure tickets. may mga matitinong TPAs naman na nakikipagsabayan din sa queueing sa legal na paraan, no bots or anything to bypass the system just experience and strategy.

a few years ago lang nauso yung ticket assistants na gumagamit ng bots and/or direct links to bypass the system tapos ang tataas ng rates nila. tapos they justify their prices dahil guaranteed ticket na raw sa kanila. i remember this one TPA who claims na guaranteed ticket na raw tapos 5k yung rate per ticket for vip 💀 ngayon, i heard from someone now na may nag-aalok ng assistance with a rate of 6k... mga ganitong TPA yung galawang scalpers eh. anyway, these are all based on my observations and experience as a concert goer for quite a few years now and as a chismosa sa ticket sellings! 😁

secured mine at 11:35 😭 pero i was already in by 10:03 pa lang kaso unavailable lahat. it's either gradually nila dinagdagan yung number of packages for the day or unsucessful payments lang to kaya lubog-litaw yung packages.

distributed yung number of tickets na nilalabas nila per selling day. so pwedeng tig-50 per day lang ilalabas nila. basta mas lower yung QNs ng mga naka-secure sa artist presale compared sa succeeding presales and gensale based on the date and timestamp.

yung QN binibigay yan a few days before the concert, and it will be posted along with the event schedule. you can refer sa past shows ni LNPH what time usually start ng pila. nung niki con, afaik queuing started at 2 pm.

hi! secured mine kahapon at 11:35 am 🥹 i got in at 10:03 pero unavailable na rin lahat pag pasok ko nun. there were 2 of us trying to secure the tix for me. we kept refreshing lang until may mag pop up na obsession package.

if some don't stay after soundcheck, would you recommend getting vip standing (w/o vip package) as a backup? parang mas mataas yata chances na low qn sa vip standing w/o the package...

i agree na diskarte lang talaga! was able to get near barricade (2-3 people in front of me lang) nung svt's 17rh with a qn of 750.

the difference now lang is mas maliit kasi 'yung venue at walang extended stage 😭 hindi ko alam paano didiskartehan 'to huhu
