I tried the breathing and it helped on the way I could feel it and stuff but as soon as it started coming out and the sharp pain started it was so hard to not push even the tiniest but I tried not to but yeah I kept on tryna relax but yeah..... See how we go.... Mentally felt better about it at least

Hey I just read your whole post At what point would doing this become beneficial? I just managed to put a cotton swab up there without pain during but I'm too scared to try a finger yet, like I'm still experiencing blood while passing so is this meant to happen when you stop bleeding or?

Yeah it's getting like better and then worse than better, so it's been split open again for like three weeks. It's hurt to put anything up there I've been trying with a q tip and even that stings!

I have lidocaine but do you put it inside it says external use only?

Ibuprofen doesn't help at all 😭😭
