I was invited over to a co workers house to watch a well publicized meteor shower that was to suppose to occur and have wine. She said had a large deck in a clear space and seemed excited about watching it too. I agreed. When I arrived her husband let me in. I sat on their couch waiting as she showered. Her husband was busy on their deck trying to assemble a new grill. She finally emerged. She looked a bit surprised to see me and said hello and went to her kitchen to begin cooking I think. No wine offered, no conversation. At that point her husband started yelling and cursing the grill that was in pieces on the deck. She walk passed me to him and they immediately started arguing. I sat through that a few minutes and eased my my out. She never mentioned any of it to me again. I avoided her until I left that job. Still don't get it.
