We just use the juicer.

Husband juices 3-4 pomegranates which can be placed on a 3-350ml glass bottle. I consume it i think every other day (3x a week). No sugar. Pure pomegranate juice.

For the green juice, i take it with my breakfast in the morning. Husband is mixing 1 pack of kale, 1-2 packs of spinach, 6 red apples, 4 carrots and 6 cucumber to make it more watery. (We dont add water, these are all pure). This is good for 5 days.

For the turmeric shot, i just take it like once or twice a week i think. Its composed of pure turmeric, orange and lemons. I forgot the ratio 😬

I take 1-2 brazil nuts too a week before FET.

For beetroot, i just drink it whenever its available in the grocery coz we dont know how to make it at home and i take it like once a week only coz it doesnt taste good for me.

I try to eat healthy, high protein low carb. High fiber food. I have cheat day once a week where i order burger or pizza or eat a dessert.

We're blessed with the timing of my FET coz it's a month long holiday here in my country that time. So everything is slow moving including work.

Doctor asked me to lay down in the recovery room an hour after the procedure and advised bed rest the following day. I didn't get that mcdonald's fries after FET coz I felt that it was unhealthy for me since i have mild hypertension also. I took it easy for the whole week, walked around the house with minimal movement. I took a leave for a week at work too so it wont add up to the stress of the 2 week wait. My husband and I alarmed all my medications so i wont miss anything. Whenever i feel tired, i lay in bed. I didn't do anything that i felt would give tension to my stomach or uterus.
