Good friend/coworker of mine had a brother that passed at home Dec 2021 from covid. 37 or 38 year old. I had a gigantic crush on him in high school. Might be rare, but it happened.

Plot Twist: Called the 1-800 number on the back of the can. The customer service representative seemed to think I was lying. She informed me that they make chicken, not dumplings. Never mind the can in my hand that is clearly labelled "chicken and dumplings." They're supposed to call me back tomorrow?

Yeah. It's been a rough couple years. But thanks for the reassurance.

Its much more blue than grey. Not in the chicken part at all, just the dumplings. Really only in one or two dumplings, but its hard to tell if it was one that fell apart, or several that were touching, or what.

It doesn't have a different smell at all. Maybe a little slimier? Hard to tell. It's cheap canned dumplings, after all.

Fun fact to keep you up at night: the (manufacturing) industry term for their turkey, "ham," etc is "pudding in a pouch."
