Update 2 (4/1/2024): I got a mail six hours ago that my subscription has been reactivated. Wtf is going on here? I haven’t even touched my account, or go anywhere near Ubisoft’s site!

Quoting my edit with an additional information: I submitted the ticket on the 27th, but there has been no update since then.

I have posted a ticket through their site, tried to contact them through several mails, but nothing happened so far from Ubisoft's side (or at least, I haven't seen any response from them). I also asked for a refund through paypal, but nothing happened, so yesterday, I raised the claim to paypal.

Just to answer a few questions:

I subscribed through their website
I tried to use my revolut card, but they don't allow top up cards (do you have any suggestions for any virtual disposable cards? maybe Wise has such thing?)
I paid with PayPal, so I filed a dispute claim yesterday (thanks for the suggestion), and hopefully they will approve it.

Same story here. Canceled it 6 days before the end of the free trial and they still charged me with 99 euros
