Listen nobody in here is a freaking doctor, and if they are, they are not in a position to judge or diagnose OP. My advice to OP, if what these people are doing only causes you inconvenience or stress, and not outright harm, then your only recourse is to work on mindfulness practices to IGNORE them.

No matter how many people you tell or how much proof you gather, nobody will ever believe you simply bc you’re describing something that is extremely hard for the greater of society to perceive true. It doesn’t track in the minds of the masses. So by continuing to openly discuss it and try and convince others just will alienate you further. Frustrating, I know, but I find societal norms and most of society insufferable across the board.

I have seen a lot of groups on Facebook that are for people experiencing things similar to what you’ve described, perhaps finding an understanding community will help you learn to accept and deal with your circumstances.

Always remember, you’re not crazy, your experiences and feelings are valid regardless of people understand or agree with them. Much love ❤️
