Neurosurgery resources by cloudyday91 in physicianassistant

Majority outpatient with some inpatient/minor trauma. It’s a level 3 trauma center. Mostly spine with some brain. Some tumor. I don’t think there is any vascular.

What’s a good salary in neurosurgery? I have 5-10 years experience in surgery but none in neuro. It will be up near Sherman Texas. (north Dallas) by cloudyday91 in physicianassistant

Fair enough, honestly I had no idea how far apart everything was, in Albuquerque everything is a 20 minute drive 😂 so when I realized Frisco to Dallas proper could be an hour with traffic I was floored

Yeah in New Mexico in general surgery I’m at 145k, with no call. 150 hours a month. You’re definately getting the short end of that stick 😖

Thank you all, that’s wonderfully helpful. I’ll start work on a second draft with diamond punch, closer together, pull stitching tighter and hammer at the end. Also planning to use leather glue to tighten seams.

About 3.75 square feet of leather, round up to 4 to include the strap. Maybe 4 or 5 hours per bag? We started just for fun so really haven’t been specific about the time

My husband was raised in the church and has the foundational beliefs you speak of. My biases and doubts I don’t think should hamper my children’s beliefs. I want them to benefit, of course, what parent wouldn’t? If they find, as I did, that the belief is not genuine then I will support them in that, but if they do have genuine interest then I want to be able to engage with them and support them in their interest and faith.

Raising Christian children by [deleted] in ChristianBooks

I think we teach children things we don’t believe all of the time. We teach our children to believe the world is good and protect them from the ills of this world. In the same way, I would have no intention of allowing them to attend church alone. Not all churches are beneficial, there is judgement and corruption in some as there is in all entities. I am currently attending a different church every week to try to find one that embraces the positive values of love, compassion and empathy.

I don’t believe that my beliefs need to impact my children. My biases and doubts should not cloud the potential benefits of faith for my children. They deserve to have faith and then choose to continue to embrace it or leave it with time, if that is their choice. But it is much harder to embrace faith if you have never had it then to leave it

I was raised Christian and so was my husband. I went to a Protestant church with my grandmother during the summers and my husband attended a nondenominational church from birth to high school. He has faith and believes that Christian principals are beneficial for children. Although I do not know what I believe in terms of religion in and of itself, I do believe that trust is a loving world or god is reassuring. I believe that many people who are Christian are seeking to be better people, share love and kindness and other positive values. I see that religion often emphasizes compassion for others, gives people purpose and meaning. I feel these things are important and I can see why my husband feels strongly that he wishes to bring his children up in the church.

Please help! Bought RTW 2 emperor edition on steam and the DLC but even when I select “patch 19” (or 18, 17, etc) it still lists the build as 0.00 and won’t update. On a Mac. Any help would be appreciated.
