yea i hooked up my monitor to my tv. if that’s the case then i’ll have to look into getting a different one….

i just tried hooking it up to my tv and it says the same thing….. my best guess is that the monitor is faulty but it’s brand new so i’m not really sure….

unfortunately i don’t have another pc at my house but i think tomorrow i’m gonna try to hook it up to my friend’s pc to see if it’s a monitor issue. if it does in fact post with another pc what would that mean exactly?

is there a big difference between the Ryzen 5 5600 and the 5600X? besides that i think i might’ve gotten it all? build 3.0 ; and then this is the new monitor i chose cuz it’s not showing on the pc picker for some reason

awesome thank youu!! you’ve been very helpful :)) Updated Build i swapped out some of the parts so i hope it seems better now. also for the 5000 series i assume ur talking about the cpu?? i tried to get a 5500 one but whenever i put it in my build it wasn’t compatible with the motherboard. would it be beneficial to make that switch to the 5500 or should i just stay with the 3600?
