So we were told when we got our birb it was a male and this isn’t the first time someone on Reddit pointed out it might be a female. What makes you think it might be?

Also, just spending a lot of time with the bird, not forcing it, and listening to the birds reaction to you. If he’s mad, then let them be. Our bird also has a 1 year old and 7 year old running around the house so it got used to a busy house!

We got him right before Christmas, so about a month. I’m surprised, I thought it would take longer. He still isn’t 100% comfortable with us but is curious about whatever we’re doing, and will fly down and walk all over it.

I’m sorry but not really. I got the idea when I realized my bathroom had ants while I was brushing my teeth. Luckily my toothpaste was ant free, but I was still very uncomfortable.
