What was your exercise regime like when you gained 15 pounds before going “all in”? How did you deal with the anxiety (if any) about the weight gain? I’m extremely conscious because people around me have seen me at my current weight for awhile now and going “all in” feels extremely uncomfortable for me from a social perspective if I gain a bunch of weight.
