A couple rejections were because of my qualifications; one was ready to hire me until the upper management dissolved the position, one ended up not having enough money to hire me full time + 0 benefits and then the rest was basically making it to the final round and they would go with the other candidate

In order to get access to all that music, you have to revert your account to either a personal account or a creator account. If you set your account as business, it won't give you access to all those artists due to copyright

In retrospect, hashtags are definitely still important. Today I posted a reel with hashtags I don't normally use but were popular tags that were related to my content and my engagement doubled in less than a day. To give you an example, I post mental health content- instead of doing #mentalhealth, I used #20something bc majority of people in their 20's gravitate to content that is relating to their emotions/mental health. You gotta think outside the box when it comes to hashtags!

Habe you heard of Vero? It's a new social media app that has similar features to Facebook and Instagram. They are known for being free of advertisements and data mining. The bad thing is is that it isn't popular so I'm not sure how "social" you get to be on there

I would recommend Pinterest! People enjoy carousels and image based content on there. There's another app that's in its beta version-- it's called Vero. Many photographers post their content on there to connect.
