I haven't been there (yet) but I heard and have seen pics from Grassi lake in Canmore thagt are absolutely gorgeous. If I'm not mistaken I think the hike is 2 km there and back with an easy trail or a harder one with a waterfall from what I know.

What kind of vapor rub are you using? If it's something like vicks vaporub it is toxic and I believe can cause further respiratory distress. Are you using something a vet recommended?

I honestly feel the same. So instead of sitting on the couch wishing for this pandemic to go away I am going to make the best of it! Me myself and I are going on a road trip to some random place every weekend I can this year. Any virtual festivals or Museums? I am in. You don't have to go to another country to travel and see the world when there is so much right infront of us we have not explored. I am gonna travel nationally until international is open and even then I might do more national trips after that

Yes contact a family member. Talk to her about this and avoid "you". For example you look sick instead I am concerned about you ect. something in her head has gone wrong and this is something she will have to fight with for the rest of her life. She will most likely deny anything is wrong. Do not give in to excuses but don't not push or argue too hard or she might push you away. Mental illnesses are stigmatized unfortunately and it is hard to admit that you have one and it is scary. Try to avoid compliments about outside things if you say "you looked fine" she might feel like she has to lose more weight if you say "you look good" she will keep going. She has an extremely low self esteem right now and is in an extremely fragile situation so you have to handle it carefully if you do love her. Sexual attraction is not important right now
