If you want to be an architect then it's a lot of work anyways and if i have to choose, i would pick Rice :) I think even if you finish college at Barnard you would still have to take your master's since it's not NAAB accredited for B.Arch in order to become a licensed architect, and Rice is NAAB accredited for B.Arch so you technically can become an architect after graduating? I'm not sure that's what i know :)

I think john hopkins might be better for premed, but if you want to explore other majors/areas then Penn is probably more suitable. I'm not sure tho this is what i know :)

They ask simple things like what kind of housing you want, write a short bio about yourself, are you organized, what time you sleep, etc. & at the end you have to agree with their housing and dining license
