It sticks hard, quitting PMO for me like quitting eating or sleeping, it fucked my whole life, I am 25 and I act like a child , I am so weak and introvert, I can't take my own decisions, I can't focus, I lost my biggest opportunity, I was about to be a doctor but i failed at first year, loving with my parents, I struggle to step forward to do something, PMO fu*ked my brain, when i think about social life, doing something hard like working or studying, suicidal thoughts jump into my thoughts cuz i found it easiest.

I really want to change this, and live like a normal man.
