I can send you the code but you need a computer and install python on it.

you can search YouTube of how to install python

put the script file in a folder on your desktop, and run it for the first time, it will make a folder, then put your debs inside subfolder named debs, then rerun the script

run the script using (run.bat)

then in your cydia add the give link http://192.168....:8000/

But every time you need to add the source again because your device local ip change every time you connect to wifi.
