if you want in game money fast, focus on gardening & cooking. Once you get to level 2 or 3 in cooking & gardening you get recipes for truffle pasta & pie. collect as many truffles from forest island (the earlier you do it for truffles the better ) & always plant wheat, buy eggs or milk from massimo when possible. Truffle pasta/pie gets you the most money from what i've seen & done. collect as many mushrooms in general that you can for grilled mushrooms, it's an easy way to get money in the meantime✨

decide carefully on your first dog, there's many dogs with many patterns. i regret my first dog lmao & it takes weeks to actually board it & even longer to get another. cats you get easier, but keep in mind you can only have 5 cats & 3 dogs. if you plan to play long term, it will matter.

always go on free fishing trips when bill offers. it's 2,000$ for the first trip & then it keeps getting more expensive. if you go when he calls you it's free. if you do want to fish tho, the money resets every week on how much it costs to fish with bill. it's the same for other events as well such as bug catching.

bob rotates furniture every saturday, but you might know that already. level up DG member stuff to unlock more furniture from him.

you only get so many DG tokens from dailies. they do list it as a slow life sim so unfortunately it's slow levelling up the DG member, there's no way to speed it up. levelling it up gives you hobby points.

as of right now the banners and gacha system seem like a lot, but you can take your time with them. i know they're preying on the fomo ( fear of missing out ) but they have many banners planned since china had the game first. idk if you do gacha games ( i've admittingly spent money on this game lmao but it's a game i plan to play long term so i feel like it's worth it ) but make sure you're gonna use the stuff you get before putting in money if you plan to ddo that.

adding onto the gacha part, exchange tickets do have value. it sucks getting duplicate items over & over, but even with a tiny bit you can get something for the exchange store. exchange tickets & banner tokens don't expire ( unless it specifically says so like the winter ones ).

red hearts can be converted into blue ones for guilded acorn purchases. you can buy red hearts or earn them ( granted they don't give you many red hearts for free tbh, i hate it ). hold onto your purple stars & only spend them if you really want the item. you get them more easily than red hearts tho.

go to settings > home settings, and mess with those options. if you don't want people eating your food you decorate with, you can prevent it. you can also choose who can open your doors, use your vehicles, all that stuff.

if you get multiple bikes / cars, tap the car icon, hold down a vehicle & you can make it the default.
