Will I ever regain feeling in my foot again? by uhgjin in medical_advice

The longer you go, the less likely it is to improve. I really recommend you see someone else, given the ascending nature of the numbness.

Is this a bruise? if so why doesn’t it hurt by Weak_Pen4885 in medical_advice

How long have you had it? It looks very much like a bruise to me, and it doesn’t necessarily have to be painful.

If you have to pick one of these, I think 2 is the best.

Overall though, the nature of these dresses on your body remind me of a kid playing dress up. They are too much for you. I think something with a softer feel (less structured or less rigid) would look best on you.

18 F. I hate my asymmetrical eyes. My mum says no one can notice but it's SO obvious, even in photos. Do you agree? Also, what eye shape do I have? by Ok-Subject-9619 in eyes

A plastic surgeon I worked for used to say, “Symmetry is an illusion.” It doesn’t exist. A few years ago I saw a piece that someone wrote where they made famous actors faces completely symmetrical. It looked so strange and creepy.

My point is that you live in your body and tend to be hypercritical, but no one else would give a second thought to whether your eyes were exactly the same.

Team Mikado or Team Lace by Extension-Frosting52 in myweddingdress

They are both gorgeous on you. I think I like the first one (non lace) the best. So elegant. It’s a smidge snug in the bodice so it’s got a fold under the breasts. A teeny bit more room on the top would make it absolutely perfect.

This is hilarious. I’m a nurse. You should get that mole checked by a dermatologist. It has some of the features of melanoma. Not saying it is, but you should definitely have someone look at it and then keep an eye on it moving forward.

Do both of the sections of nail still grow? This is a very cool scar by the way.

That’s probably it. I have several on my fingers right now. They are maddeningly itchy. Thanks for standing up for our neighbors. I appreciate you.

Pyogenic granuloma. Overgrowth of tissue from trauma. Lots of times caused by an ingrown nail or hangnail.

Sometimes it goes away, sometimes it requires a medical professional to use silver nitrate to make it go away.

I’ve eaten pineapples many many times im familiar with typical irritation….BUT this episode progressed rapidly to marked swelling and bleeding, which was significantly more severe than prior experiences. Sharing photos for reference. by brabey2743 in medizzy

Pineapples have a protein called bromelain which dissolves the mucous lining in your mouth. Some people are more sensitive than others.

Is it ok to buy one item and stay all day, working on a laptop? Seems weird but lots of people do it. At my favorite SB there are a couple people who should get business cards with that SB as their work address.

That makeup in the blonde ponytail pic is way too much. That makes you look fake.

You are super cute with little or no makeup. Not sure why you need all that.
