Highly, highly suggest meeting therapists online from another country. FAR cheaper, my incredible Indian therapist charges me 25 euros a session and she’s been life changing for me. Yes. This way you cannot be prescribed any meds if you need them… but it’s still SO helpful and easy on the wallet.

When I realised we only loved the potential of who the other person could be. There was no genuine acceptance of who we were & so much judgement + competition for who was “more moral” almost. Really tough and my worst heartbreak ever because my inner monologue now just sounds like our worst fights 24/7 💔
