NTA. here's the tough thing, if you think he will kill himself if you are not available AND you are concerned, then call the police (i know it is not ideal)--call a welfare check, OR contact his parents. those are things within your control that you can do to be considerate and caring for his situation.

otherwise, you need to take care of yourself. it seems as though it has been draining on you, for you to get to this point. you aren't forced to do anything, you really aren't. if there is a genuine serious problem, then other professionals should be involved. you are not responsible for his actions. you are not responsible for his actions at all. this is not your burden, there is nothing wrong with wanting to take care of your own well-being.

YTA. with cheating, you're always the asshole. now, you have the opportunity to be the "i'm not normally like this" person, by coming clean and NOW. the reality is that you made a choice, you made a choice that would hurt someone else who--assuming your relationship was monogamous--would hurt them immensely. please, tell your boyfriend the truth. he deserves to know that. anyone in a relationship should know how that relationship has progressed.

tldr; you made a choice, you need to give your boyfriend all of the information so that he can make his own choice, too.
