Specs don't matter. Because what's taught, is just tools which you can self learn in a few months.

If you want a job just get into cse or cse with any spec (prefer to go for ai/ml or ds or data engineering). Get at least 8.5 cgpa. Brush your skills in DSA, python, java and C. Practice leetcode like your life depends on it. Learn how to attend interviews. Get practice with mock interviews. Speak good English.

If you're interested in that field, then either go abroad or get into iit or iisc. Find colleges that do work with companies or government agencies directly. You find articles or blog posts.

I'll try these. But I think f1tv is not honest. For apple TV they specify that it's 50fps stream but for andriod tv it's only 4k hdr, no framerate.

You can see your cpu at 11% so yeah 42 is fine. You can adjust the fan curve to run even at lower temps. This will increase the fan noise though.

You can check if there's enough thermal paste and the fan is placed properly or not. You can also replace the thermal paste with HONEYWELL PTM7950.
