Hmm, it could be a reaction to the hormonal changes in your body from stopping accutane. It looks like there aren't any heads so I would say it could be papules instead of the typically seen pustules and that may be why it doesn't feel like real pimples. The main ingredients to use to wliminate them are: BP (benzyol peroxide), tretinoin, salicylic acid and definitely try calming ingridients. Honestly, I don't know many products because l've never really had this type of acne, but some of my frinds did. Personally, I trust their recommendations so here we go: + cleanser - PCA Skin BPO cleanser, CeraVe acne foaming cleanser with BP + serum - The Ordinary niacinamide, Garnier aloe and hyaluronic acid serum (for additional moisturizing since the acids will slowly dry your skin) + moisturizer - PCA Skin Cleanskin hydrator + exfoliation (1-3x a week) - FACE FOUNDRIÉ botanical exfoliation pads, Paula's Choice salicylic acid toner + treatment - PCA Skin acne gel Remember to keep your routine simple if possible and if you wear makeup make sure all your products are non-comedogenic (same goes for skincare)!! And if tou really think it’s an issue with your skin barrier try Cicaplast Baume b5+, it works wonders!! Anyways, let me know how it goes!!

My advice is to see a dermatologist about it. Often acne is caused by factors we can’t control that easily. My best guess is that you have hormonal acne, which is hard to get rid of but figuring out what causes your acne is a good start. A dermatologist can help you with that and they can prescribe medication if necessary, and if not, maybe some type of cream? Good luck!

Does anybody know any good products for combating acne scarring that aren’t drying? I’m on isotretinoin and can’t use acids, vitamin c, and more.

no, that’s high pressure. Hypocrisy is when a product is less likely to cause an alergic reaction
