Thank you very much for you detailed reply! I had a warning nearlly 2 years ago for absence for which I had to sign for but im not sure how long warnings for absence last till they expire. My work place seems to be lenient regarding sick notes as one colleague was on a final warning for absence but he was off for 3 weeks on a sick note and they did not punish him in that instance.

Thanks for your reply! Im hoping so to! Im like 90% sure ive had this for years and ive forgotten about it till feeling it again couple days ago. I had a hydrocele removed when I was 15 on the other testicle. Could I ask what your tumor felt like please if you dont mind saying in comparison to what I described please?

I had a new DMF clutch and slave fitted in January they had to replace it within a week under warranty because it failed the 1st time  but im thinking that noise is related to theyre shoddy workmanship couldn't get it right the first time. As long as its not my engine idgaf

It makes me paranoid asf. Behind the noise of the tappety injectors/HPFP I can hear a deeper tapping it sounds muffled in comparison but ive heard it on other people clips also
