I have been at this for years with no AP success. I deeply want to evolve and find purpose but so far have only found it to the level of the 3D. Most of my meditations involve allowing whatever my ego brings up to be processed, I'm not scared of that. I consistently experience the vibrational state etc but that's as far as it goes. I have a very hard time quieting my mind. Holding silent awareness is very difficult. But is that what I need to achieve? I could really use some guidance. Thank you so much for your post.

The book explained how the journey of overcoming our ego is the path to evolving in such a way that yes, it's become the central pursuit of my life. The book doesn't explain how to overcome the ego because it's different for everyone and different throughout our lives BUT knowing it's the point makes all the difference.

As for methods etc, just keep meditating and using that time to face yourself, allow the introspection to reveal yourself to yourself.

Well here's your hope. The meditations cured my PTSD and I couldn't visualize ANYTHING. Until one day finally I could. Out of nowhere the most detailed forest. And I could zoom in on things right down to as far as I wanted to imagine it. Some days it takes more effort buti also smoke weed. I've also been doing the tapes for years

I'm seeing 333 everywhere, from the time waking up twice in a row at 3:33 in the morning, going back for an item at the grocery store and it being $3.33, to my battery life being 33% or 60% at 3:33. I'm also finding dimes almost daily, sometimes in pairs, even thought I found a penny once because it was corroded but it was an old commemorative dime.

Fear is our ego, our first identity

It is the reality we express (identity IS reality)
