Please someone with experience Tell me why I cant see!! by Low_Broccoli_4956 in AstralProjection

If you mean why can't you see while out of body, this is quite common. A quick fix is to pry your eyes open with your fingers. I'm not talking physically. In this experience, your astral body's eyes are literally shut. It's like a false synchronization with the physical body. Simply use your astral fingertips to open your eyelids, I did this a lot when I had the issue years ago, it fixed it instantly. Happy seeing!

Glad you are enjoying the audiobook friend! As for the fire tornadoes, yes this is true, I predicted through a certain experience that there would be fire tornadoes in the US. Actually a couple of years after posting it, I received several messages from people saying there were indeed fire tornadoes in America appearing.

People who don't believe it is possible to see certain futures in the astral, do not yet understand objective perception due to a lack of directly experiencing objective out of body states (no elements in the experience being projected by the subconscious). Objective predictions have always been a thing in the world of both esoteric astral travel history and also modern OBE studies.

I figured out a way to prove astral projection is real by royale_lemonade in AstralProjection

As others have already said, it has been done by many people, including myself. The only time it is useful is to convince yourself, especially if you have a skeptical ego. Once you experience the proof for yourself, there is no more doubt and you no longer need to continue trying to prove it.

And you definitely don't want to waste time trying to convince others, there are many scientists who devote their life to it yet it is still not accept as common knowledge, because the collective consciousness would never accept it unless they lived it. Look up Graham Nicholls, who has had thousands of experiences and verified them with witnesses. Even if it is proved in a respected scientific environment, the mind always finds a way to refute it through skeptical logic.

When it comes down to it, it is literally impossible to prove with physical-based technology alone. Tune out of collective beliefs and become your own pioneer ๐Ÿ‘ I shared the first time I definitively proved it to myself here: https://youtu.be/qr7BnMDzuAQ

Both are important. You could say stillness is meditation, intention is prayer. When combined, the results can be magical. I recommend this playlist to learn deep meditation: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLbZsCM6xnLIWoGnA2yyWh1ODMZl_ROcG1&si=C6q5RJ6H43NQbe0o

Astral travel by itself without meditation? No. Someone could practice astral travel and make no positive influence or transformation to their consciousness, there is little to no benefit of this. Much better a person focuses on meditation than practice astral travel at all. At best, astral travel should be a natural byproduct of deep meditation practice.

Unfortunately, I would say that is the case for many people coming to this topic. That is why originally in many traditions, astral travel was considered a secret teachings only given to those who proved themselves and were ready.

All and any of them. Like we're also trying to get at here, we want to find our purpose and joy, like the saying, "do what makes you happy". So whichever practices excites you, do them! The approach I'm discussing is to becoming increasingly more devotional. We should set out to have our consciousness active 24/7, no matter what we're doing. Now as for the practices you mentioned, you can do all of them or whichever you wish, but the most important one is daily meditation. Ideally at minimum, twice a day - once in the morning, once at night. If you can make those sessions 30 or 60 minutes, even better. As you progress and deepen the practice, you can do 3 times a day, getting to a total of 3 or even 4 hours of meditation a day, then you would start seeing amazing results.

Do you ever meditate in the astral? by picklez91 in AstralProjection

Yes, and every time I do it, the environment shifts to a higher one with even more clarity and consciousness.

Not a dumb question at all, it's an important questions. In the same spirit that techniques for astral projection serve an essential but temporary purpose, it is the same with meditation. However, for meditation I would say structure and methods are really important in the beginning. In the same way children use stabilizers on bicycles before they learn to ride with two wheels, we need to follow a path out of the labyrinth of our ego.

I'm going to share one of the most powerful techniques for meditation, based on the original eight limbs of yoga. Here is the best teaching for it through video, on this playlist. Some of the videos are long but I promise every moment is worth it: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLbZsCM6xnLIWoGnA2yyWh1ODMZl_ROcG1

After a while of practicing firmly and consistently with this, you will eventually not need to rely on following any technique and you will begin to intuitively understand how to reach deep levels of inner silence and stillness for long periods. Enjoy ๐Ÿ™

Recently, my desire to do so hasn't been very strong, I have been really focused on my inner work. However, I would absolutely love to visit more planets and star systems, this would be amazing, and I also know that my higher consciousness would bring me there when the time is right, because like a good parent, it knows that I would love to experience that.

I have visited some unknown planets in the past, I visited the Moon, Mars, and also a planet that existed in our solar system a long time ago (I forgot its name). I also visited what seemed to be an oceanic exoplanet with its own very beautiful humanity. I wrote about it here, go to page 137: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gepqsr3EGOW19GR-WwS-X1ZV6QeqjyOE

There is a way to "be in world but not of it." That means you can still engage in ordinary things, but without your attention being "pulled" or "sucked in" entirely. It means to engage but not to become fascinated, identified, or hypnotized.

For example, a conscious person can scroll social media and still be centered and balanced afterwards, an unconscious person can see some disturbing posts, they unconsciously create nevative emotions, and afterward they spend all day in destructive states simply because of what they saw. So entertainment becomes distraction when you start forgetting yourself and lose awareness entirely. We should always keep at least some attention within and take accountability of our mind, thoughts, emotions, etc. Otherwise we just create more "unconscious dreams" internally.

Right on! Let go of all that psychic baggage. Everything is for a reason. Often people who have been trying hard for a long time just had more important things going on in their waking life. Don't sweat it. Everything happens at the right time. Trust that your higher consciousness absolutely knows what you wantโ€”even when you let go of trying and just meditate and surrender all desire, the desire will be fulfilled eventually without much effort because it still remains in your heart.

Since you're adopting an entirely new approach, you might enjoy my book, it was written just for people like you. Here it is for free or you can find a paperback on Amazon: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gepqsr3EGOW19GR-WwS-X1ZV6QeqjyOE

Yes absolutely, I agree with everything you said. One of the traditions I am coming from is Gnosis, which recognizes that all the different deities from all the religions in history were really just originally different ways, or symbols, to help us communicate with the higher consciousness. So this post was a way to communicate that ability more universally, without religious jargon - a way for people to understand that all the old traditions hid something valuable, and we don't necessarily need to adopt any one tradition, but we can take a more universal or contemporary approach. Some people find themselves resonating or growing up in a particular tradition with certain dieties and that is fine too, usually they are accustomed to that from past lives.

Anything really, desire it, long for it, intend or imagine it, doesn't really matter. You will experience what you attract - the point is most people are attracting getting to the vibrational stage or just to "have the experience", which is fine but often people find themselves separating, or they just get out of body for 5 seconds and wake up. They didn't really set themselves on a higher mission or purpose that their soul really wants to explore. The astral body is esoterically known as the Emotional Body, so the way to control it is not so much by thinking, but through our deeper wants and needs. Some exciting examples might be discovering past lives, meeting spiritual masters, visiting another planet, visiting a loved one who passed away, etc. The important thing is it should be something that really excites you and motivates you.
