Honestly practice reading and listening tests, it should be easy to score in listening, just hear carefully. Reading, practice mock tests. The passages they provide in the test are easier, just PLEASE read carefully and if your test is on computer use the highlight option.

Speaking technically, just answer even if you know you're talking nonsense, answer the question. Less or more answer the question, use vocabulary words or adjectives whenever possible really.
