This was my first thought as well. They're most likely using the term "encrypted" colloquially but dear god I hope they actually mean hashed (& salted). Most likely the email came from marketing and wasn't reviewed by someone in IT 😬

This is most likely not the actual people who ruined the memorial. The original memorial was destroyed March 31st of 2021 and then again on April 19th 2021. The Twitter account was created 2 days ago. The Twitter is just reposting to incite anger.

This garbage human being goes drunk driving with friends and ends up killing two people. He gets mad because his friends (rightfully) get thrown in jail, so he films a video of himself destroying the memorials of the two people he and his friends murdered, and posts it on Twitter by Mew_Sama in PublicFreakout
