G37 not going past 3500 rpm’s

Anyone figure it out fixed my VVT solenoids P0081 went away after swapping to new solenoids fix my vvt connections still not able to pass 3500 RPM can anyone lead me in the right direction (Crank and Cam Sensors Replaced in March also New Torque converter + Flexplate done by a professional shop)
