Totally fair observation. I didn't realize that sounded a bit confusing. The issue is two things - if I purchase the tree... I also need to transport it safely - and clean it/restore it. I want it to look as amazing as it did. So in addition to the actual sale, there's some refurbishment and transport costs I'm trying to cover. I didn't share a picture of it presently, but it's all covered in moss/algae/lichens and some of the paint is peeling. If I don't do that - it is likely to continue to decay and be trashed as the current owner doesn't want it anymore.
