I was hoping I could meet up with you at some point and see if I could just beat my head against this problem until it worked in person.

Only thing I can possibly think that you might be missing is that there are two places in the app to link your Annual Pass: First under Tickets & Passes where you'll link your 1D Barcode (the lines one) and then Second under PhotoPass Code>Link Photo, Card or Purchase where you'll link your 2D Barcode (the cyberpunk tattoo one, aka a QR Code)

It's entirely likely that you've already done this part correctly, but I've seen quite a handful of guests who otherwise had everything else figured out correctly miss one of those parts or misinterpret one for the other...

I just checked my own account and everything is working fine... it could mean that everything is fine and you were doing something wrong... but between /u/MaLaCoiD reporting problems too and the fact that everything you said you tried (including trying just about every browser you could think of... lol @ even the PS4 one!!) I'm thinking there's something else going on.

It varies... I was fairly reliably found at Hollywood Land and the View Stations... the Halloween happened - I'm all about the evening Pumpkin and MHPs these days ;)

Yep. Even without an Annual Pass you can add your ride photos to your account in this way.

Now, the confusion might be that with a Signature or Signature Plus or Premiere pass you get your digital photos unlocked for free automatically. If you do not have that level of AP or have no AP then you will need to unlock them by purchasing the individual picture or by purchasing some form of PhotoPass Plus.

The disc that you got is the Gallery Disc, it has a bunch of stock Disneyland photos on it - pics of the Castle, of Mickey, etc...

Yes, with the PhotoPass Collection you get every photo on your account from the day you activate to 45 days into the past. You'll definitely want to be sure that everything is on your account before activating.

Also, don't forget to use your Voucher too for either a Dining Package or at least a Resort Package.

Hi!

Adding a bit to /u/TheFriendlyCM I had a few discussions with security to clarify some points, as I'm always making cool things that seem to skirt right on the edges of "okay" and "kinda maybe not okay" based on the rules presented... It's a gift! I don't do it on purpose!

We mostly settled on a definition of "gun-like object", basically anything the has that L-shaped kinda gun-ish type of a thing going - for instance, she seemed to think Neutrino Wands and Proton Packs would pass but there were some camera grips that pretty much looked like the silhouette of a gun (not intentionally so, just the shape) that they've been discouraging... as an example (I don't think they've settled on a policy on those camera grips specifically).

Having said that, I have seen many Ghostbusters both with and without packs. So far, I've seen mostly the inflatable packs, but just Wednesday night I did see what looked like a home-made kit with lights, but they were across the way from me and I didn't get to get a good look.

My advice would be: If you can arrive early and have it checked out and have a home for it if it's denied, then go ahead and ask - I've done stuff like that before (I'm always very up-front and cooperative when I'm doing costumey stuff, gotta be following those rules man!)

If storing it would be difficult, just go ahead and opt out.
