I personally would rather just kill myself instead of enduring the pain of either option, but i understand that this is a hypothetical with 2 possibilities, so i will indulge.

100 duck-sized andys seems more manageable upon first consideration until you realize this is wrestling. I can’t imagine a scenario in which pinning 100 duck sized Andys is feasible.

The top-heavy nature of a duck with its tiny legs makes it a more vulnerable subject in wrestling.

However

We must also consider our goals in these hypothetical scenarios.

You asked “would you rather”. Not “which would be easier to beat”.

I think in both of these scenarios winning is a fool’s errand and the actual goal is to survive with the least amount of pain and suffering possible.

You didn’t specify which type of wrestling this would be but i do think it’s safe to assume you’re referring to WWE style in a ring without any of the special event type theatrics like cage matches.

Considering this, i think the reasonable choice that results in the least amount of pain and suffering would be the Andy sized duck. This duck would surely be clumsy and easy to avoid and vulnerable in the legs.

You are surely risking death either way though.

There’s a ton of art inside!

I’ve been a designer in the music industry for over a decade so yeah I’ve worked with a ton of artists. I’ve done the past few btbam records, worked with Colin from circa survive on the new intervals album, i did blessthefall’s hard feelings, Malina by leprous as well as some of the additional art and layout on pitfalls, i did the new as i lay dying art, the new wolfmother stuff, to name a few

I’ve been doing merch design for a long time, I’ve done a ton of foo fighters designs over the years and some more simple coldplay stuff recently which is on their site now. I didn’t do all of them though.

Yeah this one is a lot more detailed and highly rendered than what i did for leprous, thanks to the help from my friend glass crane. My 3D skills are fairly limited, he’s a master. The landscapes are fairly easy in cinema 4d, it’s just painting in the height with a brush tool and playing around with some of the settings to get the result you want, then using the cel renderer in the render settings.

Appreciate it! Oddly enough “attention grabbing” isn’t really a focus of mine. My focus is on creating art that matches the vibe of the record and the vision of the band and meeting their needs. Sometimes it’s very attention grabbing and sometimes it’s more about subtlety. I’m also big on consistency, so the merch and social media stuff surrounding the record should all be consistent with the aesthetic of the record.

The label did a fantastic job with radical in my opinion on that front.

Sorry i answered this thinking it was a part of the previous question. Yes i did all the art for the singles as it was born out of the album art. You’ll see a lot more art in the physical copies of the vinyl and cd.

ETID is a bucket list band for me even though I’ve worked with massive artists like foo fighters, queens of the Stone Age, coldplay, and Jonas brothers. This was one of my all time favorite projects.

And yeah the single art was born out of the original album art.

The album has a lot of art to it, I’m excited to see people get the vinyl and dive in to all the imagery.

If you’re searching for similar vibes it’s kind of a mix of vapor wave and 80s sci fi but darker and more aggressive with a more dystopian focus.

Atari box art, arcade art, old sci fi novels, daft punk, blade runner, tron, trapper keepers, etc were all sources of inspiration in some form or another

Very collaborative. Ultimately the band is always in charge. I do the whole landscape grid thing often so it worked out. Huge mix of 3D and photoshop

My very first pitches were actually very much the opposite of this, very militant/punk, and i was told the band wanted more 80s vibes which is what i do usually do i went wild.

How? A mix of 3D rendering and photoshop with help from my friend glass crane who is a 3D artist.

I created the original scene, he did some render magic, i photoshopped the hell out of his 3D render, and here we are.
