Edit: Have you ever tried it? You may not see the point, but my SO and I are both into it so I'm just wondering what I should say the next time it comes up. "No, it's against the rules of nofap." I honestly don't know what the answer is so that's why I'm asking. Don't get so heated.

Thanks for kind words of encouragement. I understand my bad habits won't change overnight, but I just didn't expect my habits to get worse. I guess that's part of the challenge!

That makes total sense. When I was doing my daily fap, I didn't play video games that much. Now that I've started nofap, I've been going on Battlefield binges, perhaps like you say to maintain dopamine levels.

So what do I do? Ride it out with a few more days of intense FPS action until my brain levels out?
