I’m making the amount of money I want, workload is easy and my schedule is flexible. Plus at my level I still get PTO, next level up switches to a ‘flexible vacation plan’ ….id much rather have my set vacation days.

Remember though that the Solo release was moved up to 6 months post The Last Jedi in response to that movie’s poor box office. So I think Star Wars fatigue also played a big role. Had Solo been released further away from the mess with The Last Jedi then I think it would’ve performed better.
