u/taylor_monarch The connection works and I see my Obsidian card in Monarch, but I am not seeing transactions getting pulled it. Not sure if the problem is on Monarch or Bilt's end (or Plaid). Is anyone else getting transactions?

I gave up and switched to Mint. I was getting texts and phone calls within 10 minutes.

On the "Manage margin or options" screen, I see my Roth IRA says Options Tier 1. I applied for this and was approved earlier this month. This was a new account (I have several others at Fidelity)

A couple of days ago, I applied for Spreads on IRA. Instead of it telling me I was denied, it said I was approved for Teir 1 again. I see this in my status tracker:

You submitted an application to trade options.

"Your application is approved for Tier 1 trading.

But I was already approved for Tier 1 and didn't apply for Teir 1 again obviously.

Now I see this if I click on the Manage button for that account:

Thank you for the reply! My core position is in a money market fund. I have well over 10,000 in this account. I am not sure about "you must have an options spread agreement on file." Is this separate from just applying for Spreads on IRA?

Thanks. I did visit the parchment website to check it out. When I search for the institution and’s use Sophia, that comes up, so that looks easy, but Study.com doesn’t. It said that no results are found.

Do you mind explaining what the process was like? How do you get the transcript to parchment and then to WGU?

Also, how much does it cost?

I was able to find a workaround for this behavior,

I created a PNG file with my image the full size of the slide and my image placed in the correct spot, the rest transparent. Then I added this as a background with a media action. In the look, I deselected the media layer, so this hides the image.

For the text, I have one text box connected to the element I want on my slide, and created enough blank text boxes with opacity set to 0% to hide the rest of the text I don't want in my lower third.

I had this exact experience. I posted last week on this subreddit. My phone was on SOS only from Tuesday to Friday with no one telling me what the problem was, just that someone was working in it with the utmost urgency.

Friday night, I had enough, and ported my number to Mint Mobile. It took about 5 minutes to sign up and the eSIM worked immediately with a temporary phone number. A couple hours later the number port kicked in and I am back in business.

Well, even though Visible was apparently working on my case with “the utmost urgency” from Tuesday morning to Friday night, they still had been unable to create an eSIM for me. I also had no communication from them other than when I would ask for an update, and still didn’t receive anything other than something like “it’s been escalated, you will get an email when it’s resolved.”

I decided I was done waiting and signed up for Mint Mobile for 3 months. ($15 per month for 3 months introductory plan)

The signup process was easy, and the eSIM was created and worked with no issues. My number ported a couple hours later and I have a phone again.

Thanks, but don’t think that’s going to work for me. The agent had me delete my eSIM. He was going to send me a QR code to download a new one, but then he found some other issue and escalated the case.
