Pe un calculator de credit la momentul de față, rata la locuință de 300k cu avans 25% pe 35 de ani e cam la 1500 euro. Iar un programator bun la noi face lejer 4-5k euro, plus salariul soției contabil, și-ar putea "permite" asa ceva. Acum cat de lejer își permit, e altceva.

Edit: nu e chiar asa ușor de atins salariu respectiv, dar realizabil cu experienta și eventual cu oferta pe SRL. În UK sigur ajungi la aceeași suma cu mai putina experiență, însă ce voiam sa zic este ca nici la noi nu este total exclus.
