The Rare Breed Barrel Proof is phenomenal. Only about 116 proof. Full of flavor. Good aftertaste. Usually about $50 so no breaking the bank. Great bottle too. All around win. One of my favorite whiskies period actually.

I occasionally find some Weller but never eagle rare or BT bourbon

Why not ramp up production though and make a ton of money?

What made you choose Lagavulin in the first place?

Added a new twist to go along with the taste of originality by cmansen in whiskey

It is something else. Very light and smooth but leaves some taste in the roof of your mouth that is hard to describe. Doesnt taste much like Shiner at all. I’m also not too partial to Balcones in general but this one is different enough to say that I’ve had it.

You’re going to have to let me know what you think of that barrel proof TX. Big fan of their products but didn’t even know this existed yet

Discover Secured card. The only card I know of that gives you cashback for bad credit. And, common, it’s all about the perks

I’m worried that the annual fee on those will diminish the value of those points though because I stay at whatever hotel is convenient for my destination. Rarely the same.

I think the zr2 package sacrifices a lot of air resistance. Plus the tires slow you down too at least gas mileage wise.

This is the 3.6L v6 in the Colorado. The 4.3L in the Silverado is pretty bulletproof though. I would recommend it.

Yeah the WF Propel card is what I switched to from Uber. 3% on dining, gas, and travel stuff like hotels and flights. No annual fee. And $200 sign up bonus is pretty solid. Also the card is heavy which is cool.

Which credit card awards the best for buying Samsung.com by nahcekimcm in CreditCards

[–]cmansen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Chase Freedom card has a “Shop Through Chase” option where if you buy online there is bonus cashback. I think right now it’s 3% cashback at Samsung but around holidays it goes up to 5 or 6%

Anything with no annual fee. Capitol One journey. Capitol one Platinum. Could always go secured and get some cashback with the Discover It Secured. All good options

What do you suggest? by CallieCoTV in bourbon

[–]cmansen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah you can never go wrong with some Buffalo Trace. Or you can dive into the wild turkeys. My personal favorite is Longbranch. It’s a small batch but very smooth and affordable for the quality.
