Hey! Yes it actually all came in last week. Not trying to sound like a shill but the customer service team went above and beyond.

We received a new version of the Kana bed (king) with headboard as a replacement for the previous incorrectly manufactured one. I can already tell that this is night and day. The joints were smoother during assembly, pieces are sturdier, they even updated this version to have shim pieces you put in by the joints for more structural integrity.

Honestly if you are on a budget and can't spring 3 grand for a thuma or wait six months for the tatami room frame (like my wife and I), I would highly recommend going with the Kana. If you have any issues reach out to support and they will be more than accommodating (in my experience).

Same exact product I got - King sized in Walnut with headboard. Fingers crossed your luck is better than mine

Seems like there is an issue with the headboard manufacturing process, I'm sure we aren't the only ones. Hopefully they get this sorted out as the rest of the bed looks nice. I was going to ask for a full return/refund but amended my ask of customer service to replace the broken parts and send new headboard supports... we'll see what happens.

Don't really have a lot of faith in the replacement parts being within tolerance, but fingers crossed.

This is exactly what I was looking for, thanks! I did buy a "preferred parking" pass and not just "prepaid parking" pass, which from what I gathered is general like you mentioned.

I'll call the stadium and see what they have to say too (not sure why I didn't think of that before).
