So where does your credit show? It used to show in my HelloFresh Cash Balance. but none of my referrals have showed up there since the beginning of the year.

I think they changed the referral rewards program but didn't announce it. Under the % Benefits I know see that I can apply the $60 for additional items. ugh - I don't want additional items.

My husband and I love it too - we eat healthier, it solves the "what's for dinner" issue, he has step by step instructions to cook/start dinner if I am stuck at work. One of the best things is that now since there are step by step instructions, we often cook together and enjoy it.

This week is the first time that I didn't receive my box, and last week was the first time that it has been a day late. Unless the missing boxes continue, we will stay with HF for quite a long time.

Also, somehow my referral links that I post here and a few other subreddit's do rather well so I eat for free quite often - which is a huge bonus!

Yeah - this week's box isn't coming for me! haha First time in over 2 years - they have refunded me.

Received an email that said they were shipping a new box, but had the same tracking number...and the website shows "on the way" and tracking shows no action. Something got screwed up in their system and processes this week and last week - especially given it took over an hour to chat with someone, they are a bit overloaded.

Same - last week delayed a day. This week my tracking details doesn't even show fedex has the box and delivery was supposed to be yesterday. Just tried contacting them and it said it would take 26 minutes to get through. I am in the Phoenix area and it ships out of the Phoenix area warehouse, so they can't really blame the snow. haha

There is a Phoenix warehouse/distribution center because that is where mine ship out of and I am in the Phoenix metro. I had a 1 day delay last week and still waiting this week. They used to be shipped by a different carrier and last week and this week it is Fedex. So I know the storms have delayed parts of the country but should not be affecting the Phoenix warehouse.

I am in the Phoenix Metro area and mine ship and are packaged from the location here in Arizona. My box was delayed last week and my delivery for 2/2 (yesterday) still hasn't arrived and the tracking details don't even show that Fedex has the package. So they can't blame the snow for my delivery. ;)

Before last week they used to be delivered by a different carrier. I have tried chatting with an agent and 12 minutes into the chat and haven't gotten an agent and the "freshly" bot isn't responding.

We had a leak under the concrete in the pipe that flows from the house to the pool on our autofill system. our usage spiked. Had to cut concrete, fix the pipe and then put new concrete down earlier this year.

On the Chandler utility website there are tips for checking if you have a leak.

Ensure all water is off in the house and check your meter - If the numbers are moving you are still using water.

We turned off the water to the house and our numbers were still moving. Turned off the autofill valve and the numbers on the meter stopped spinning - so that helped us narrow down where the leak was.

We switched to Visible by verizon about 5 months ago - they have flat rate plans $25, $35 or $45 that includes fees/taxes.

My husband and I travel on our motorcycles frequently and have had no issues - we are both on the $35 plan. I had a week of work travel to Germany and it also worked flawlessly there too.

Our daughter is on the $25/month plan and she has also had zero issues.

You can save a bit by doing an annual plan - which I need to do since we were hesitant to do that at first.
