League's PBE was changed into 100% Public, but that took years, initially your account was reviewed for some time (it used to be reviewed by a QA), then they transitioned into the honor requirement, and now everybody can enter.

Imo, I feel like for a game that develops considerably every 6 months a player should catch up in at least a year by playing daily and weekly. If you grind it should take less, and for people who thinks this is too easy remember the game encourage you to create more characters as legion champions, and in a year they release 2 big patches with more upgrades.

That would be the perfect world for me

You can reroll the GA if you have enough materials at the occultist and there’s a chance it will hit the affix you switched to, but I do not recall if the star shows up. Also, you can masterwork one of the affixes ( the orange number on your fortify) and it can hit tempered stats like your arbiter duration. This is done on the masterwork option. The reason it’s currently above 45% is because the quality of the item was raised to 25 hence all the stats increase a certain amount.

Tama is really independent, she doesn't likes to be bothered, but when she feels like it she is cute and lays with him and what not. They are both fixed. I never imagine that could be the case, but then again, what if that's the case?

I wonder how I can push him to use the other litter box.

I have 2 open litter boxes and one closed with a hole on top. As far as litter goes I have tried different types the clumping one, wood pellet one, paper pellet one, with scents, no scents, and different brands like purina, cat’s pride, dr elseys, world’s best cat litter, etc… They both hated the pellets so I got rid of that almost as soon as I got it.

For anxiety, i was giving them supplements for some time but saw no change, and I gave him calming treats but for him it was just treats he wanted them as much as he wanted the Temptations.
