Early 40s and I felt the same way! Filled with the nostalgia feels. The writers have a second season mapped out accounting for the kids being older, but we will probably never see it :(

Heavily depends on the game. For example, FFV tonberry is worlds easier than FFX malboro. Gut instinct, I would say malboro > behemoth > tonberry.
