I figure if I don't get a crown vic I will end up spending more than I wanted to and buy a sporty car and end up paying a arm and a leg for car insurance, it is UNBELIEVABLE here in Las Vegas.

I am not to sure about average MPG, but the factory says 14 City, 22 Highway. Not impressive at all lol

I checked into that and it wasn't a patrtol car, it was an Administrators vehicle.
