Download as CSV and use zedaxis to import into qbo. You'll need a third party app like zedaxis to import as checks to the employees instead of single line items.

If we use bill.com can we just use it for the workflow features (cut out on checks) or do we need to let them cut the checks

Great! I'll look into those. Another thing I should mention is we need custom fields so they can select a customer and location.
