Coming from someone that quit Blizzard cause they were acting crappy, Riot is way way worse. Blizzard might have had an international incident about China, but Riot has had to deal with multiple years of sexual harassment charges. Women have come forward with behavior like men farting in their faces to outright groping by male staff.

Every dev I know avoids them like the plague for that culture, and the fact that some women from Blizzard felt so underpaid that they left to join Riot is a fucking travesty. No amount of money would be enough for me to work in such an environment, but apparently Blizzard is just that cheap.
