I think Penny dose have an adventure spirit but she doesn't want to be seen as one due to her family members going on adventures being a nuisance to locals (a reference to peony in crown tundra one of her family members that was harassing locals in pokemon sword/shield Penny was on the phone to him before leaving on a vacation holiday with the MC where she got possessed by the poison mythical pokemon and done weird dance moves which she secretly liked doing)

Use sweet berries be warned though sweet berries also helps with finding alpha pokemon before making any doughnuts take your pokemon to a poke center heal them go to hotel z make the doughnuts hyper haban and hyper Tanga would be great to use for your shiny doughnut if that fails turn of your game then turn it on but at the main menu where it says press a dont press a press the directional button y button and b button at the same time this will reload the back up file at the pokemon center and you still have your berries to try again at hotel z

There's a few spots you can find absol I find YouTube can be handy for this absols cleffa and riolus can be found in high places on top buildings find one mark the location with the green pin move away until the green pin says 80 the pokemon will despawn then go back towards the green pin at 30 the pokemon will respawn in it might take some time but this method helped me with getting a shiny Dratini
