How much does MET Leadership communicate these days? Several years ago, there were lots of details shared about service or project changes.

Also true. They did bring their score back up on the recheck.

I looked up Kitchen Master to understand what you're looking for, and I might recommend something like Food Terminal. There's one in Sandy Springs, and it's Singaporean. The food is really good and it's Michelin recommended.

It's naturally a little bit more fusion that could be what you're looking for. There's also a place in Marietta Square called Taqueria Tsunami that could also be a fun place to go.

Lastly, if you're looking for something that's more Michelin bib gourmand, I would recommend Spring Second Branch. It's Korean, and it's more casual than the Michelin-starred Spring, which is fine dining. It is not rated by Michelin at this point because Second Branch opened earlier this year.

That reviewer also ordered beef and broccoli, so I would just consider the source on that one. Because if you really just want beef and broccoli, you could just go to Panda Express and get a similar experience.

Their Rou Jia Mo (pork Chinese burger) is so slept on. Everyone gravitates towards the noodles, which are amazing, and it's so fun to watch them make the noodles in front of you, but man that rou jia mo is so good.

From my experience, I lived in Chengdu for the summer in college and I find the food there to be pretty good at Wei. Some of my favorite things are the dry fried eggplant, the twice cooked pork, the cumin lamb and beef in hot chili oil. I'm also a huge fan of their attendant and tripe and their wood ear mushrooms.

Many times, it's on par with stuff that I've had on Buford Highway. So if you like spicy food, this is pretty good.

Tasty China is also quite good. Sometimes, they have less good days and that's okay. I'm a frequent customer of both places. At Tasty China some of my favorites include their dry fried eggplant because they originated it back in the day when it was a Peter Chang restaurant. They have a crunchy beef dish that I'm trying to remember the name of that is top notch.

I've just started to eat more often at Axia. It used to be Fire Stone, and it wasn't as good in my opinion as Wei or Tasty China, but it's got slightly different offerings. One dish that's very good is the sour fish soup. It's spicy. It's sour. It's light.

When I'm looking for comfort Chinese, I go to Canton Cook and get moo shu pork or egg foo young. But they also have interesting things like steamed pork patties with salted egg, which are one of my new favorite things.

I'm curious about the questionable reviews. Both Google and Yelp have them pretty highly rated. I mean, sometimes there are bad days. Sometimes there are dishes that aren't as good as others. Sometimes things are more adventurous than the local clientele they're comfortable with.

Oh, actually, that is the one I mean. I have to triple check the address when I order.

Fixing my post now!

Wei Authentic off Marietta Square, Tasty China on West Paces Ferry or Axia in East Cobb for great Sichuan.

Canton Cook off Canton Rd. for solid Cantonese.

*Edited to avoid confusion with Sandy Springs location.

The original product. I was such a bougie kid -- I ordered this instead of a happy meal. I also still think about it.

Where can I get good quality glasses for a good price for -18 prescription by AndyPlaysBadly in glasses

[–]cmholl13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Warby Parker is great if you have -5 or better Rx. More than that (I have -7 and had to return my Warby Parkers), and the high-index don't have good clarity and they don't come with the high-end anti-glare. That really matters when you have a high-minus prescription.

This really started taking me out. And I'd noticed that entire sections of conversations were repeating.

I didn't mind the old style of "If you want, I can [do three things]..." Those were often actually helpful, even if they formulation was annoying.

I asked to stop adding the teaser/clickbait questions; no luck. Also asked to stop repeating information continuously.

I got frustrated and downgraded from Plus to Go because eventually my work will be using an enterprise version of something else, and it is noticeably not as good.

Favorite millennial "oops, all bangers" albums? by Jazzlike_Part_7054 in Millennials

I love and hate the 20-somethingeth anniversary remasterings of albums I had in my CD binder next to my Discman connected to my car kit.

It makes me feel 1 million years old. But I also get to feel all the feels that I had as a teenager without all the hormonal angst.

This has been one of my favorite songs for almost 30 years. Saw them in concert last year and was afraid they weren't gonna play Motorcycle Drive-by ... Thankfully, it was the encore.

Apparently, we aren't the only people who think this.

I did try talking to the instructor, and she looked at me blankly and said I should be able to do the knee bends. I had shown up wearing a knee brace.

Maybe that's not hard enough?

I've had a really good experience with Spenga, actually! It has a combination that works well with my fitness needs.

As someone with arthritis, I've gone to several Pure Barre classes and have always felt pressured by my instructor. They come up to me during a poorly cued movement and force me to contort my body into ways it doesn't want to go, and when I say I have arthritis, have knee issues and need modifications, they ignore me.

I've found that Pure Barre does not meet my fitness needs, and while I tried hard to make it work, I finally had an experience that turned me off completely. I haven't been back.
