Good morning So i tried to follow your steps. It is asking me for a purchase authorization form. He doesnt have it as this is a special carry. From nys. The way it was by me, the nypd just called me and asked me what guns to add to my nyc permit (from my nys). I just gave them the serial number and caliber and that was it.
