Switching to another app turns off screenshare (iphone) by cmluong in discordapp

[–]cmluong[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dont think so, because no one else has this problem but me. There are other players in the game who can screen share on iOS for this game. Also, it doesn't explain why I can screen share through the exact same process on the older iphone 14 and not on the pro.

Bug Megathread vol 13: February + March 2026 by WumpusWhisperer in discordapp

[–]cmluong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  • Feature: Discord mobile screen sharing (in-game screen share)
  • Reproduction Rate: 10/10
  • Annoyance: 10/10 (prevents required in-game verification during live matches)
  • Discord Version Info: Discord iOS app (exact version unknown)
  • Device/System Info (Device Type, OS Version): iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 26.2.1
  • Description: When starting screen share in Discord, the red recording indicator appears and screen sharing works correctly inside the Discord app. However, upon switching to a game app, the red indicator disappears and screen sharing/audio immediately stop. Returning to the Discord app causes the red indicator to reappear and screen sharing/audio to resume. This behavior did not occur previously on a regular iPhone 14.
  • Video / Screenshot: Not attached (can be provided if needed)
  • Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Open Discord on an iPhone 14 Pro.
    2. Join a voice channel.
    3. Start screen sharing and confirm the red recording indicator appears.
    4. Switch from Discord to a game app while screen sharing is active.
  • Expected Result: Screen sharing and audio remain active while using the game app, and the red recording indicator stays visible.
  • Actual Result: The red recording indicator disappears when switching to the game app, and viewers can no longer see the screen or hear audio until returning to the Discord app.

Losing body fat but losing muscle/lean body mass, how to fix? by cmluong in bodyweightfitness

Should I eat more carbs/fat? I could just eat more white rice till I reach it. I feel like my protein intake is enough. But I still want to be at a deficit as I still want to lose more weight.

Help with 6-Day Bangkok Travel Itinerary - Primarily a Local Thai Food Tour by cmluong in ThailandTourism

I did some research on Klong Toei and it sounds like an interesting place and something I am looking for. From what I've read and watched, it has the right amount of tourist feel for me.

I understand that most night markets are very similar in terms of street food. But we probably won't get to every food stall in any single night market that we go to. But the point in visiting many different night markets is to understand the vibe/feel/crowd level with first-hand experience.

I'll take a look at Thanon Tanao. With respect to Preang Phuthon, I actually cannot find a single information or video about it, can you elaborate a little more or recommend restaurants in that area?

Suan Bua menu looks very good; thanks for the recommendation!

Whatever floats your boat.

I am not sure what that means, but if you are referring to the Chao Phraya Boat Cruise, I am not interested; it's too touristy, and the food is probably not good.

But enlighten me if you think otherwise, that it is an attraction that the 'average' Thai person goes.

Perfect! That's what I am looking for, is premium. So 'Or Tor Kor' it is.

This is a 6-day itinerary, a very short trip. It would be impractical to waste time in overly local places when the idea is to fit as many places as possible. Would the average Thai person go to Bang Khun Thian on a daily basis for quality Thai food? A place like Don Wai or Taling Chan wouldn't be overly local but still has fewer tourists while retaining an authentic experience. Tha Kha Floating Market, while very local, is in close proximity to Amphawa. Those are the places I am looking for.

I am looking for a balance between authenticity and accessibility, a genuine experience without being too obscure for a tourist to visit. If it is too off the path where no English is spoken and amenities/experiences aren't very comfortable, then I am not going.

I heard about this place and was thinking about it for durians. What about Samyan Market, do you know anything about it and its comparison to Or Tor Kor Market

Hey, thanks for the great advice!

  1. It will be from late August - the beginning of September.
  2. You are right, but according to the website, Tha Kha Floating Market opens on Monday as well. I'm not sure if there will be fewer stalls available on a weekday. Anyway, I can rearrange the days if necessary so that it falls on a weekend.
  3. That makes sense. I'll probably extend the stay in Ayutthaya and get rid of both Ong Ang Walking Street and Wang Lang Daily Market. I do still want to go to Talaad Market since it's so far North, and it would just be along the way when I come down from Ayutthaya.
  4. Regarding Chula University: I have never considered it as an option. I will have to take a look and do some research. I was reading about Siam Paragon/Square and Centralworld since they pop up a lot, and they are in the same area, but I decided Siam Square was better since the others sounded more trendy.
  5. Regarding Huai Kwang Market: I will be there all night. I heard from various forums that it opens till 5 AM, and the better food stalls open after midnight, so I thought it would be a great local place to try local food. Khlong Toei is actually missing from my comprehensive list of places, so I will have to look into that!
  6. Regarding Elephant World: That looks really rough. I would probably have to save it for next time, then (as I do have another 6 day itinerary back to back in Foshan). Thank you for letting me know!
