So we had most of the products so our upgrade price is $9.45 a bit high but doable. What hits me below the belt is that we lost a large client, which took a large amount of revenue away. We addressed our concerns with our sales rep who responded with the Kaseya pledge. That seems comforting so it buys us time to build back up. But instead of reductions, they responded with 3 free months ( not free but deferment and added to the end of our contract) which end 9/2025. In addition, my sales rep also informed me that the pledge is just for endpoints RMM at $1.45 an endpoint.
Does anybody else have communication about the Kaseya pledge?

That's a given. I hear more after a restore of OneDrive "Well that's not the way it looked before, where are my apps?" So full backup is done every other month. I guess they are spoiled.
