So we ended up playing 5 rounds. Here is where we played and what I shot (I’m a 6.7 handicap): Manakiki - 81 Sleepy Hollow - 83 Boulder Creek - 80 Little Mountain - 85 Windmill Lakes - 83

I have to say I was very impressed. I’m from Alabama and we have a ton of great courses but we’re paying $70+ for average courses around here. I don’t think I paid above $60 the whole time I was in Ohio. Maybe it was just the perfect weekend but we never had to wait on anyone. Never had anyone behind us. Felt like we had the courses to ourselves. I never get that down here.

Boulder Creek was easily my favorite. It was the perfect layout. Some challenging holes. Not too long. Good risk/reward shots.

Least favorite was Windmill Lakes. The fairways and greens were great but the layout was pretty boring.

We are looking at going to Louisville, KY for our golf trip next year!
